Warrior, DK, Paladin gearing up in Outlands

This is a post about gearing up plate wearers in Outlands.

So I have been leveling my warrior and he is level 61 now. Well it was a long road through Original wow lands and having no gear worth mentioning, I got my butt handed to me at the first levels 58-60. I got a few upgrades in HellFire Pennisula and then thought to myself...maybe I should look up some easy upgrades to help get me some better gear. My goal with this write up is to show where to get easy gear for him and probably do this for some other classes and specs. Hopefully, Cataclysm doesn't make this useless - cause I have heard they are moving to mastery in the talents.

Plate gear for leveling in Outlands - PS. I am cheap and like to make gold not spend it...so I don't have much from the AH.

Head -
Both Factions - Circle's Stalwart Helmet

This item has 3 gem slots and with Northrend gems it makes it the best for Warriors, DeathKnights, and Paladins for leveling. You get this as one of the first quests in Zangramarsh. You get it from the quest Saving the Sporelocks and killing 10 Marsh Dredgers and 10 Marsh Lurkers.

Neck -
Alliance - Sedai's Necklace
Horde - Broken Choker

For Alliance, this quest starts in the Temple of Telhamat in HFP. It is called Makuru's Vengeance and requires getting 10 Mag'har Ancestral Beads. Go East of the Temple and up the hill killing the orcs. They drop the item.

For Horde, this quest starts in the Cenarion Camp in the East of HFP. It is called Source of the Corruption and requies getting 5 Demonic Essences from Illidari Taskmaskers to the south of the camp.

Shoulder -
Get the Hierloom items from Dalaran or Wintergrasp.

Jade Warrior Pauldrons
Comes from the quest Weaken the Ramparts. Just LFD and get this quest done.

or

Expedition Mantle
Comes from a Wanted Poster in Zangramarsh and requires killing an elite mob, Rajah Haghazed.

Back -
Both Factions - Watcher's Cloak of Vigilance
This comes from the quest Drain Schematics in Zangramarsh. It is really easy to complete.

Chest -
Get the Hierloom item in Dalaran.
Both Factions - Protectorate Breastplate

This comes from a bombing quest in HFP. Each faction can just follow the first 15-20 intro quests to outlands and get this chest. This is no where near the best, it just outshines everything to this point.

Battlemaster's Breastplate is better; however, it is a pretty long chain and requires killing an elite at the end for this chest.

Wrist -
Eagle Engraved Bracers This is one of the best wrists, even though you can only get it at 62. Best bet up to this point is look for any BoE off the AH.

Hands -
Alliance - Defender's Gauntlets
Horde - Sunstrider's Gauntlets

This quest requires killing an elite mob, Blacktalon the Savage. Cave entrance is at 34,62 in HFP.

Waist
Fel Iron Plate Belt
This is a crafted item made by blacksmithing and should be available in AH at level 61.

Fearless Girdle pretty easy to get and has two slots for +20 strength gems.

Horde - Bog Walker's Belt
This is a quest available the Horde in Swamprat Post in Zangramarsh. The quest is Jyoba's Report and is the last in a chain of 3. Honestly it is pretty easy to get.

Legs -
Both Fact - Magistrate's Greaves

This is the easiest quest to get and complete. It requires searching for 8 pieces of wood and 8 pieces of iron. One of the first 10 quests in HFP for either faction.

Feet -
Both Factions - Expedition Footgear
This is another elite quest in Zangramarsh that is a group quest. The quest is Leader of the Bloodscale and might be best to look for friend to complete.

Finger -

Alliance - Amaan's Signet

This comes from a quest in HFP involving the Pools of Aggonar. This is the 2nd part of this area, the first is killing 6 Terrorfiends and 6 Blistering Rots. After finishing that, return back to the Temple of Telhumat and get the quest Cleansing the Waters from Amaan the Wise. You'll get a Cleansing Vial and go back to the Pools of Aggonar. You'll need to pour the vial on the corpse of Aggonar. Aggonis will spawn and you need to kill him.

Horde - Felblood Band

This is opposite the Alliance and requires summoning the Dranei trying to kill Aggonar. The quest is called The Cleansing Must be Stopped and you need to use the Signaling Gem (provided) and use near an altar in the Pools of Aggonar.Altar is at the south end of the pools of Aggonar, its in the water, alot of blobs around. After you use the signaling gems, 3 draeni walk toward the altar, a lvl 62 is the quest target, and 2 paladins 57-58.

There is another ring in Zangramarsh; however, it requires not taking the Cloak - Watcher's Cloak of Vigilance mentioned above.

Trinket -

Both Factions - Bladefist's Breadth

The Alliance quest is called Overlord, while Horde quest is Cruel's Intentions. It requires killing the same elite in the Pools of Aggonar. Arazzius the Cruel is your target and has appx 26k HP. These quest start from picking up letters from mobs in previous quest chains. Just make sure you open your bags and Accept the quests.

Weapon -
Both Factions - Helboar Carving Blade

This is at the end of a series of quests in the Cenarion druid area of HFP. First part requires killing helboars and testing it for contamination. This quest, Testing the Antidote, has you use Cenarion Antidote on one of the Hulking Boars and kill it.

Range -
Both Factions - Ironstar Repeater (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29916)

Alliance - This comes from the quest Fel Orc Scavengers and requires killin 20 Bonechewer Orc. This will be one of the first quest completed in HFP if you just follow the opening quest lines at level 58 and heading into Outlands.

Horde - This like the Alliance is one of the first quests in HFP after going into Outlands. The quest is Bonechewer Blood and requires killing the same Orcs just collecting blood drops off of them.
